1. Reviews analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine department or division progress toward stated goals and objectives.
2. Oversees key projects, processes and performance reports, data and analysis.
3. Reviews and approves preparation of accounting analysis for budgetary planning and implementation, production efficiency, financial reporting, budgetary planning and submittal for capital expenditures.
4. Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
5. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employee; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
6. Oversee transport department, Fuel consumption, office car touting and matters relating with transport department
7. Managing office - supports emergency response processes, ensures security of classified information, tracks office equipment maintenance, procures supplies, answers phone, distributes mail, etc.
8. Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
9. Prepare and maintain filing system to update files in a systematic way and records of correspondence, all administrative contracts and administrative documents
10. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Main Requirements:
Bachelor or Master or MBA
Age 40 & Above
At least 10 years of experience in Administration in Management Level.
Good communication English/Myanmar Skills
Experience in managing over 60 Manpower
