Managing all publication material for the company
Develop monthly magazines and weekly journals
Developing the publication strategy for the company.
Co-ordinating publication deadlines in line with marketing events
Overseeing the company’s publication budget.
Creation and publication of all content material in line with marketing plans.
Planning and implementing articles and market updates in the real estate industry
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
Preparing online and print content campaigns.
Monitor and report on effectiveness of publication material.
Working closely with design agencies and assisting with publication layout as well as advertisement space.
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of content objectives.
Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.

Intimate understanding of publishing magazines, journals, and writing content
Excellent communication skills
Ability to think creatively and innovatively
Budget-management skills and proficiency

Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
