- Maintain relationships with seller, suppliers and different departments to execute all products according to project requirements.
- Searching on the internet for all require inquires.
- Perform assessments on all products and values to maintain quality facilitate necessary steps for procurement.
- Analyze ability to make good judgment technically & commercially.
- Good ability of evaluation bids, making recommendation, contract negotiation and management.
- Manage product delivery schedules and after sales service.
- Dealing with shipping companies, forwarding agents and handle all shipping documents ( AWB, BL, Invoices, Packing List, etc )
- Ability of resolving disputes and claims with venders and suppliers.
- Maintain al catalogues, brochures and records for suppliers and maintain records in computer.

Job Requirements

- Any Degree with knowledge of economic o accounting principles or IT
- Age under 45
- minimum 5 years of exp in managing oversea procurement with knowledge in IT software ( eg. ERP )
- Fluent in English, 4 skills
- Proficient in PC skills ( MS office )
- Willing to travel around
