Summary:
Run operations departments comprised of tender, CCC, SFE, business solutions, training and partner teams I fulfillment

Tender:
 To increase share/sales from tender
 To ensure optimal SOP and communicate with clients
 To apply tenders on behalf of clients
 To manager communication with clients and customers

Customer Care:
 To increase sales from outbound and inbound calls
 To increase customer coverage
 To improve service to customers and clients
 To improve productivity/ service of Customer Care team through better training and interaction with other departments
 To re-apply best practices within Indochina Region

Sales Force Effectiveness:
 To identify, establish, develop and embed Sales Force Effectiveness processes/tools.
 To align with business processes to enhance sales team’s competency and to ensure their high performance and improvements of the operational processes
 To adopt the Regional standards for SFE Best Practice and the 7 Essentials
 To manage Sales Force Automation and business processes, gather feedback and develop recommendations for continuous improvement
 To manage to update and ensure effectively use of Field Force Management System including customer database, physician segmentation and targeting to further improve field force productivity
 To coordinate with IT to develop / enhance sales automation system to support Sales Reps and Sales Manager/Sales Supervisor on call reporting and analysis
 To define & monitor monthly regional reporting of sales force effectiveness metrics and to provide monthly/quarterly/annually regional analysis of sales force effectiveness projects
 To identify market trends, best practices, recent research on sales force effectiveness and collaborate with regional team for continuous improvement
 To advance and implement high quality and consistent business processes & practices e.g. Customer Valuation & Targeting, Sales Planning, Sales Process, Territory Management and Field Visit
Management
 To device and implement improvement plans to address sales force effectiveness needs (segmentation, targeting and sales force mapping) and to track progress of implementation

Business Solutions:
 To automate data extraction, supply GTS and Client Management with sales reports, perform ad-hoc
requests (VAS)

Sales Training:
 To increase productivity of sales representatives and improve customer satisfaction

Partner Management:
 To develop and maintain flawless interaction with Partners to avoid OOS, delays in sales reports and ensure full compliance
 To train partners to be align with DKSH standards, perform audits

Leadership responsibilities
 Strengthen, lead and develop the operations team
 Fully leverage regional resources
 Be a role model
 Demonstrate transformational capabilities

Job Requirements

Functional skills and knowledge
 Experience in pharmaceutical or consumer goods environment
 Strong understanding of operational excellence
 Strong knowledge and experience in sales analytics and optimization

 Excellent analytical capabilities and strategic thinking – data driven
 Strong sense of organization and process

Education
 MBA or MBBS or any other related qualifications

Work experience
 Should have worked in reputed Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods company
(preferably Top 10 Internationally or in Myanmar) with minimum 5 years of total
work experience out of which at least 3 years in sales related function.
