-Improving operational management systems, processes and best practices.
-Helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.
-Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.
-Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
-Manage budgets and forecasts.
Arranging both internal and external events
Providing administration support to Employees and Management (Arranging company cars, visas, etc.)

Job Requirements

Age between 35 - 45 .
- Any bachelor holder ( More prefer with MBA or other certificates in operation management)
-At least 5 yrs work experience in operation field as assistant Manager level
-Proven work experience in Distribution fields.
-Be familiar with all processes of Pharmacy operation .
-Able to handle multi tasks,well organized and detail - oriented.
-Strong interpersonal Skill and be able to liaise with all levels.
-Excellent skill in Microsoft Office.
-Must be able to travel .
Strongly cooperate and teamwork with colleagues and each department
Can use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
English (Communication level)
