MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

1. To be responsible for producing effective new product designs. To review the output of Design and good managing in timescales required by the project.

2. To provide leadership, set standards and provide coaching for a team of Design Engineers.

3. To develop processes and procedures to support and improve design practices

4. To manage multiple projects within the design department from concept to production ensuring projects are delivered on time and budget.

5. Prepare relevant documents such as certificate, test report, product information for sales team for demonstration purposes to customers

6. Proficient in AutoCAD applications is a must.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
1. Bachelor of Architecture
2. Related field also preferable or fresh graduated of Architecture.
3. Good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Liaising with other building teams and department.

5. Creating and reviewing all design documentation

6. Able to go for job training in Japan.
