• To create Visual concepts, using computer software or by hand.
• To communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers.
• To develop the overall layout and production design for various applications such as advertisements, brochures, packaging AW and corporate needs.
• Study design brief and determine requirements.
• Schedule projects and timeline by aligning with Projects owners.
• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.
• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software.
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Work with internal team and outsource agency to produce final design within timeline.
• Complete projects by coordinating with printers, outside agencies, etc,

Education

• Bachelor’s degree
• Relevant certificate / diploma in design, creative development, branding.

Work experience

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role in creative agency or FMCG Brands.
• Must haves’ skills – Creative designs, packaging AW creation and adaptation, 3D animations.
• Must be able to confer advice and suggestions from the team, as well as understand what needs and wants.
• A knowledge of both topography and color theory is critical.
• Strong technical and graphic skills to adapt or create packaging AW
