Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

The role will be responsible for ensuring governance of process performance and process change in warehousing, forward and reverse logistics operations.

• Participates in the preparation of process documentation and appropriate measures in support of continuous improvement initiatives
• Develops solutions to a variety of process problems of moderate scope and complexity. Refers to practices and procedures for guidance and follows documented
processes.
• Monitors and reports process performance against KPIs
• Evaluates and troubleshoots process problems and issues including data collection, data analysis, and process observations, etc.
• Manage system error escalation requests for the team (facilitating and following up on rush requests and providing guidelines to resolve errors)
• Synchronizes process improvement plans with Managers for the efficiency and effectiveness of the process.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge

Minimum Entry Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma (Business administration, information technology or related area)

Technical Competencies

• Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passionate about operational excellence
• Ability to think structurally — understanding work flows and processes from beginning to end
• Interest in going beyond technical requirements to understand why and how a system operates and what users want it to do
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English language is essential, including both spoken and written skills
