• Have a responsibility to plan sales budget and commit to achieve this sales budget.
• Support Rock Paint Alliance Dealers and communicate their feedbacks and concerns with Rock Paint.
• Collect market information
• Develop marketing materials, promotional materials and gift items for Rock Paint
• Conduct sales promotions for Rock Paint
• Arrange advertisings for Rock Paint
• Solve technical and commercial problems for Rock Paint
• Execute direct marketing for Rock Paint and search for new potential customers
• With the support of MD’s Executive Assistant, place purchase orders for Rock Paint products
• Organize trainings for customers
• Provide technical service support for color matching software, mixing machine, and digital scale

Job Requirements

• Age between 25 to 40
• Must have Bachelor’s Degree
• Automotive refinish industry in-depth experience is preferred.
• Must have knowledge of the existing market situation and be familiar with the automotive refinish products.
• Preference will be given to those who have had hands-on experience with spray painting automotive refinish paints.
