Job Description

The role is expected to drive best practices in financial management and business within the organization to maximize efficiency and growth. She/he will manage and oversee Budgeting Planning and Forecasting, business process optimisation, reporting and analysis activities.
• Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the company finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
• Ownership of internal ERP system, SAP ByD
• Demonstrate skills critical for managerial success including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound business judgment, and highly developed personal, analytical and communication skills
• Live report and dashboard for business
• Analyse financial information including revenue and expenditure trends;
• Prepare and analysis weekly project report;
• Monitor and report on resource utilisation
• Prepare and monitor budgeting and forecasting;
• Weekly and monthly analysis on margin and product mix, project.
• Prepare trends and analysis.
• Working closely with departmental, business unit and project manager for regular meetings to discuss concerns and issues and implement actions for continuous improvement

Knowledge and Qualifications
• Possess a bachelor degree in Business with related field and working toward CPA, ACCA and CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial and administration management
• Strong financial management and analysis skills
• Fluent English with excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Work accurately with close attention to detail
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce
