The QC Engineer need to manage documentation in office and site work on project site, according to the client's and designer's requirement.
Be organize material purchasing to be quality finishing within project budget. Control the cost and schedule, feed back to senior and management.
- Submit application documents and drawings to MJTD SEZ and Building Management to get permission.
- Checking labours and quality of construction materials.
- Monitoring of excavation, foundation, Steel structure erection, interior finishing, MEP.
- Checking the workmanship on site.
- Inspection the Quality of structure work on site.
- Checking the working procedudres according to Method of statement.
- Making the Dairy report.
- Making the Monthly report.
