- discussing internal stakeholder's core message and target audience
- brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative agency
- Write, edit and proofread content – ensure that it is clear and audience-focused
- writing and presenting a few options to the internal customer
- Write internal communications messages, developing an in-depth understanding of business initiatives and developing mechanism to communicate to the wider UMG audience
- modifying copy until satisfied by requester/ top management
- overseeing the production phase.
- Create content and update schedules of postings
- Ensure consistency of messages with External Communication
- Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders of UMG to ensure on-going contribution
- Assess the effectiveness and impact of internal communications initiatives and activities

Job Requirements

- Any graduated
- Age between 22 to 25
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills (written & verbal)
- Fluent in Myanmar language and English (written & verbal)
- Target oriented on program execution
- Min. 2 years’ experience in Communication or Employee Engagement position is preferred
- Ideally hold qualification in communications
