● Motivate the team
● Assist in the development and performance management
● Manage Delivery Heroes’ daily schedules, clock in/out, attendance and productivity
● Planning daily routes and 100% dispatch
● Forecast capacity based on upcoming volume
● Clear system and physical backlogs
● Quickly identify issues and provide recommendations on how to resolve them
● Execute the process according to SOP
