• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns • Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website.• Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns• Overseeing the social media strategy for the company.• Managing online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.• Managing the redesign of the company website.• Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website• Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketing• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.• Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets• BA/MA degree in related field and more prefer Marketing, Advertising, Communications • Experience must have at least (5) years in related fields.• Can speak English fluent.• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
