Job Summary

The digital marketing manager is responsible for planning and managing the digital marketing processes for the products and services of the business on all social media, digital marketing platforms, and the web effectively. Their dues include identifying market trends, planning digital marketing campaigns, generating leads and conversions, analyzing performance, reporting, and measuring by using web analytic tools, and collaborating with other strategic business units, clients, influencers, and other stakeholders for the overall objectives of the business.

 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priories
  • Creating and managing the contents for social media and other platforms
  • Identify and attract the potential customers who interested in the brand, products and services
  • Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across social media, digital marketing platforms, and the web
  • Research, tracking, analyzing market trends, customer segments, and behaviors
  • Creating, executing, and monitoring marketing campaign budgets
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, sales team, clients, and other business units to grow the result of digital marketing
  • Monitoring the key performance metrics, including website traffic, customer engagement, service quotas, bounce rate, and ad spend return on investment
  • Review and identify the performance, customer touchpoint, and experience with the analytics tools
  • Reports on the performance of the digital marketing campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of update digital trends
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination and innovation
  • Strong managerial and project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Good in photo and video editing software
  • Good in written and communication skills
  • Excellence interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinking with a passion for measuring data
