DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination between customer and vendor
Tracking of changes in PO & Pro-forma Invoices and record up-to-date status
Document verification & validation
Document processing for PH1, PH2, PH3, and PH4
Follow-up progress for PH1, PH2, PH3, and PH4
Weekly meeting with vendors
Have to check Site ID, Phase and Scope should match those from the UT Tracker
Have to check PO number is mentioned in the certificate
Have to check columns Product Name, Service/Product and BoQ Configuration
should be filled and the information should be coherent.

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCES
2 years of good experience in relevant industries (preferably telecommunication industry)
Experience in telecom vendors’ companies is preferable
Experience in telecom subcontractor’s companies is preferable
