ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. User Inquiries and Support.
- Respond promptly to user inquiries
- Provide technical assistance and support to users, troubleshooting issues and guiding them through problem resolution.
2. Process Mapping
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their workflow requirements.
- Map existing processes and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and document new and improved processes using Monday.com tools.
3. Boards Development
- Design, develop, and maintain boards in Monday.com to support diverse business functions.
- Customize boards, create automation, and integrate third-party applications to enhance functionality.
- Ensure consistency and standardization across all boards and workflows.
4. Overall Management
- Monitor platform usage and user engagement, providing regular reports, issue escalation and insights to stakeholders.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Monday.com and implement best practices.
- Train new users and teams on platform functionality and usage guidelines.
5. Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate Monday.com into various business processes.
- Act as a liaison between end-users and the platform vendor, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
