Academic Coordinator (All nationality are welcome to apply and experience in related field is advantages.)

You will be part of a dynamic team that will spearhead efforts to provide High Quality English Language Education. As a Coordinator, you will lead a team of ELT Instructors in providing Quality Teaching, Cambridge Exam Preparation and Life Skills for Children. You will be responsible for the management of all the centers, the planning and organization of the centers’ programme, as well as the deployment, professional development and curriculum development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Recruit, train, supervise, and review certified ELT Instructors.
Manage and develop appropriate and effective curriculum to ensure students achieve proficiency and self- sufficiency.
Ensure appropriate and effective assessment tools to monitor students’ progress and program effectiveness accurately.\
Conduct weekly class visitation and observation, instructors’ performance evaluations, staff meetings, one to one counselling and feedback session, teacher training and program development.
Conduct quarterly program evaluation and maintain all documentation and portfolio for quality assurance and external examination.
Maintain appropriate instructional materials, books, and equipment in the office and as needed at class room and respective branches.
Employ a variety of instructional technique and teaching strategies to meet different aptitudes and interests of students, including whole group, small-group and individual learning.
Lead ELT training, events, parties, trips, ceremonies and other professional development activities.
Manage all registration and accreditation process.
Submit monthly, quarterly and annual reports and assessments to Management.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements
Master’s Degree in ELT Management or Teaching English as a Second Language (or related field) preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree with current ESL Diploma or IDLTM.
Minimum 1 year of experience in managing and training in ELT organization.
Possess Leadership qualities and management skills.
Strong decision making and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent and self-driven team player with ability to multi-task.
