Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

1. Maintains the department confidential records and files
2. Provides assistance to supervisor/manager in development and implementation of new procedures/projects/products/systems
3. Assist manager in QA/QC & RMA procedures and product development
4. Develops and implements a system to improve the flow of information, and thus the efficiency of department/organization
5. Proposes new guidelines or procedures as appropriate
6. Document Management
7. Assist to develop solutions to complex problems that require regular use of creativity and ingenuity
8. Interact to support engineering /technical contents related to logistics, communication, and invoicing
9. Assist in maintaining the accuracy of the work order process
10. Process other requests and documents as assigned
11.Weekly/Monthly reporting to the manager

Job Requirements

- Associate Degree/Certifications in Electrical / Electronics/Power Engineering
- Speak more than one language is a plus
- English proficiency is needed
- At least 5 years of working experience
- Solid Skills in Microsoft Office _ Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop & Auto CAD
- Familiarity with Solar Systems and applications
- Should have strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure of highly demanding works
- Strong Problem Solving Skills
