- Respond to technical issues and reporting to Head Office ICT Infra Team
- Responsible for monitoring the network, servers, storage systems, and other critical data center components
- Must be willing to work any shift in a 24x7x365 work environment
- Responsible for Alarm Monitoring and Proactive action on any network-related issues
- Ensure proper Shift Handover with all required documentation
- Responsible for maintaining the Trouble-Ticketing system that will track the fault resolution process from its initial detection to its final correction
- Troubleshoot and understand basic network, and ISP-related issues
- Manage critical customer issues and facilitate communication between internal teams
- Responsibilities also include root cause analysis in partnership with Infrastructure team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, Provide recommendations for network upgrades or changes to support future growth, and optimize network performance and monitoring
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, such as system administrators, security analysts, and helpdesk personnel, to address network-related issues and incidents
- Conduct inventory checks of all data center types of equipment
- Generate reports and sharing with the internal ICT team
- Conduct security checks and ensuring systems are up-to-date
