An Excellent Opportunity for ...

- To receive trouble report from various department.

- To oversee general repairs fabricates, installations, operation and preventive with regards to electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire protection, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, painting, kitchen equipment, sound and MATV system, sewage plants etc.

- Reads log books and follow up as required

- To ensure all works carried out should be in the schedule, and should fully comply with local safety rules and regulations.

- To perform a general routine inspection of the company's vital operation machinery, equipment and public lightings so as to ensure smooth operating as to schedule.

- To distribute spare-parts, equipment, supplies to Engineering Technicians.

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in related field

Advanced knowledge of building management/engineering

A degree in Engineering or similar

Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations

Ability to work under pressure

Ability to work on their own
