Job Description:

• Follow the company management strategy target, ensure department sales target and operation planning, sales forecast, set department yearly operation budget, achieve sales target set by company, and focus on maintenance and development of company market Competitiveness
• Build up and manage sales team, standardize sales procedures, set sales target, sales mode, sales strategy, sales budget and reward planning
• Manage in cash, checks and vouchers and prepare monthly finance management
• Managing in office admin procedures and tasks
• Check the staff attendance, finger print and arrange for staff payroll
• Prepare for staff contact
• Record the staff list and effective date
• Checking the client visit and prospect

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors or MBA In finance, Banking, Economics
• At least 2years experience in PA or Account cum Admin Executive
• Liaison with the head of finance
• Have excellent computer skills and English Skills ( 4skills )
