Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

You will report directly to Head of Finance and General Manager.

• This position is responsible for all areas of finance and accounts including cash flow management, verifying daily transactions, follow up overseas sales debts and monitoring local sales debt, preparation of monthly management reports and financial reports.
• Liaise with Bank, Tax Authorities and External and Internal Auditors to promote effective communication and efficient operations.
• Assist in maintaining adequate internal control system to ensure that all financial data and reports are correct, accurate and timely.
• Verify the accuracy, validity and legitimacy of all accounting records, documents, payments and receipts
• Supervise day to day cash transactions and monitor & control the cash flow forecast
• Follow up to collect overseas and local sales debts
• Verify Inventory records are kept properly and accurately
• Maintain fixed assets register and ensure that the actual assets are exist
• Prepare and post month/year end journal entries.
• Ensuring all accounts balance must be reconciled at the month/year end closing
• Monitor and control all vendors and customers account closely
• Prepare monthly financial statements on time
• Prepare quarterly final accounts to obtain quarterly financial statements from auditors
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statistics
• Prepare monthly accrual sheets and report to head office
• Verify monthly job statistics
• Assist in maintaining adequate financial internal control system and ensure that internal control system are followed by all employee
• Manage banking transactions for the account transfer process and withdrawal of cash
• Liaise with tax authorities for corporate tax, commercial tax and withholding tax.
• Perform the service performance inspection and evaluation.
• Answer all senior external/internal auditors queries relating to financial statement.
• Ensure quality of data.
• Handle other jobs as assigned by Head of Finance and General Manager

Job Requirements

• Master Degree (or its equivalent) in Accounting and Finance
• 5 years of relevant working experience in international organisation
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practice
• Financial Management and Planning skills

• Time Management skills
• Computer skills (Windows application, Accounting software)
