လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းျဖင့္ ေငြေၾကးဆိုင္ရာ အစီရင္ခံစာမ်ားကို တိုးတက္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။

- Effective Team Management
မိမိဌာနတြင္ရွိေသာ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ားအား ထိေရာက္စြာ စီမံအုပ္ခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Stock Control & Management
ကုန္ပစၥည္း အ၀င္အထြက္အားထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ၿပီး ေကာင္းစြာ စီမံခန္႕ခြဲ ႏိုင္ရမည္။
 Responsible to generate monthly/annually F&A reports for management reviews; profit and loss statement, breakeven analysis reports, balance sheets, operational expenses, revenue tracking, etc. and suggest management for financial and cash flow management.
Management မွ ျပန္္လည္သံုးသပ္ရန္ အတြက္ F&A ဆိုင္ရာ အစီရင္ခံစာမ်ားကို လစဥ္၊ ႏွစ္စဥ္ထုတ္ေပးျခင္း၊ အရံႈးအျမတ္အေျခအေန၊ အရင္းေက် သံုးသပ္မႈဆိုင္ရာ အစီရင္ခံစာမ်ား၊ လက္က်န္စာရင္း၊ လုပ္ငန္းသံုး ကုန္က်စရိတ္မ်ား၊ အခြန္ဆိုင္ရာကိစၥမ်ား စသည္႔ ေငြေၾကးကြပ္ကဲမႈ ဘ႑ေရးဆိုင္ရာမ်ားကို စဥ္းစားဆံုးျဖတ္၍ ၾကီးၾကပ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Present financial reports to directors when required.
လိုအပ္ပါက Directors ဆီသို႔ ေငြေၾကးဆိုင္ရာ အစီရင္ခံစာမ်ား တင္ျပေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Develop and update F&A policies and SOPs according to business operation in order to strengthen internal control and ensure compliance within the whole company.
ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုလံုးအတြင္း လိုက္နာမႈမ်ား၊ အခ်င္းခ်င္းဆက္သြယ္မႈမ်ား ခိုင္ခံ့ေစရန္အတြက္ စီးပြားေရး လုပ္ငန္းလိုအပ္ခ်က္အရ F&A မူ၀ါဒမ်ားႏွင့္ စံခ်ိန္စံညႊန္းမ်ားကို ဖြ႔ံျဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေအာင္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Supervise and oversee overall cash flow management, Account Payable & Receivable, Stock Control and Treasury of the company.
ကုမၸဏီ၏ ေငြေၾကးစီးဆင္းမႈဆိုင္ရာ စီမံကြပ္ကဲမႈ၊ ေငြလက္ခံရရွိမႈ ႏွင့္ ေငြေပးေခ်မႈ၊ ပစၥည္း အေရအတြက္ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္မႈ ႏွင့္ ဘ႑ေရးကိစၥမ်ားကို အလံုးစံု ၾကီးၾကပ္ကြပ္ကဲ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Review and check reconciliation of bank statements by related teams.
သတ္ဆိုင္ရာ အဖြဲ႔မ်ားႏွင့္ ဘဏ္ေငြစာရင္း အေျခအေနမ်ားကို ျပန္လည္တိုက္စစ္ စစ္ေဆးျခင္း၊ ျပန္လည္ၾကည့္ရႈျခင္းမ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Ensure the day-to-day financial operations within the company are effective and efficient.
ကုမၸဏီအတြင္း ေန႔စဥ္ေငြေၾကးဆိုင္ရာ လုပ္ငန္းစဥ္မ်ားကို အက်ိဳးရွိရွိ ထိထိေရာက္ေရာက္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Responsible for performing complex financial, analytical and budget formulation work involving all program and administrative areas of the organization
အဖြဲ႕အစည္း အတြင္းရွိ စီမံခန္႕ခြဲ မႈဆိုင္ရာ နယ္ပယ္ျဖစ္ေသာ ေငြေၾကး အရွဴပ္အရွင္း ကိစၥရပ္မ်ား ေဆာင္ရြက္ျခင္း၊ ခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ျဖာျခင္း ႏွင့္ ေငြေၾကး တြက္ခ်က္ေဖာ္ထုတ္ျခင္းမ်ားအား လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
 Analytically review the financial data on its accuracy and reliability at every month-end/ year-end in order to ensure the data integrity and present to respective Line Manager.
Line Manager အား အခ်ိန္မီ တင္ျပ ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ လစဥ္၊ ႏွစ္စဥ္ ေငြေၾကးပိုင္းဆို္င္ရာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားအား မွန္ကန္တိက်မႈရွိေစရန္ ခြဲျခမ္းစိတ္ျဖာ ၾကည့္ ရွဴ႕ ရမည္။
 Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes.
ရည္ရြယ္ထားေသာ ေငြေၾကးဆိုင္ရာ ကိစၥမ်ားအတြက္ ေဆာ့၀ဲလ္ျဖင့္ စာရင္းသြင္းျခင္း၊ နည္းပညာတိုးတက္မႈမ်ားျဖင့္ ျပဳျပင္မြမ္းမံျခင္းမ်ားကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Corporate with external audit team to carry out annual external auditing.
ျပင္ပ စာရင္းစစ္အဖြဲ႔ႏွင့္ ပူးေပါင္းေဆာင္ရြက္၍ ႏွစ္စဥ္ စာရင္းမ်ားစစ္ျခင္းကို ေဆာင္ရြက္ရမည္။
 Perform other financial management duties assigned by the Management.

 Support software applications, such as spread sheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data for accounting and reporting purposes
ေဆာ့၀ဲလ္မ်ား ေထာက္ပံ့ေပးျခင္း - လုပ္ငန္းစာရင္းပိုင္ဆိုင္ရာ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား၊ ကိန္းဂဏန္း စာရင္းဇယားမ်ားအား လြယ္ကူစြာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးျခင္း၊ တင္ျပရာတြင္ လြယ္ကူေစရန္ အခ်က္အလက္ ပံုစံမ်ား ခ်မွတ္ရမည္။
 Train, counsels and motivates employees when needed and receive employee’s’ feedback and try to help solve their issues
မိမိဌာနတြင္း ရွိ ၀န္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ အခက္အခဲမ်ား အား လိုအပ္လာပါက ကူညီ ေျဖရွင္းေပး၍ ၄င္းတို႕၏ တံု႕ျပန္မႈမ်ားအား လက္ခံၿပီး စိတ္အားတက္ၾကြ လာေစရန္ ေလ႕က်င့္သင္ၾကား လွံဳ႕ေဆာ္ေပးရမည္။
 Monitor operation for cash and stock balance checking, Stock transactions, Purchase orders vs. Incoming Stock of Warehouse, etc.
ဂိုေဒါင္ ပစၥည္းအ၀င္ ႏွင့္ အမွာစာ၊ ပစၥည္းအ၀င္ အထြက္၊ ပစၥည္းလက္က်န္ စာရင္းႏွင့္ ေငြစာရင္းအား ေစာင့္ၾကည့္ စစ္ေဆးေပးရမည္။
 Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data held within the finance systems and the accuracy of the related data entry processes.
ေငြေၾကးစာရင္း စနစ္အတြင္း ရွိ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားအား တိက်မွန္ကန္ေအာင္ ထည့္ သြင္း လုပ္ေဆာင္ရန္။

A. EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting field or Business Administration
- CPA/ CIA/ ACCA is desired
- At least 7 years in Accounting Experience
B. SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Sound knowledge of finance and accounting, allocation methodology, purchase orders, and budgeting
- Excellent cash flow and financial management skills
- Deadline-oriented and attention to detail
- Team management skills and strong leadership skills and excellent problem solving
- Excellent Analytical skills and detail oriented are required
- Computer literate and familiar with email ,Accounting Software, Microsoft Word / Excel and Power Point Presentations
- Highly motivated to team and commitment to work and ability to work under pressure
