Report to Head of Finance

Main Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of finance department in day to day basis
• Manage the preparation of financial statement, including consolidated financial statement in accordance with IFRS and applicable regulation
• Manage and coordinate timely submission of corporate reports and returns to all stakeholders, including authorities
• Safeguard corporate assets, maintain effective internal control system and make recommendation for improvement in cooperation with internal audit team
• Supervision of cash management and corporate treasury functions
• Manage financial planning and analysis (FP&A), preparation of budget, budgetary control, and performance reporting
• Support management team on matters relating to corporate finance, investment analysis and strategy
• Liaise with auditor for statutory audit
• Manage, provide guidance to finance staff on taxation, liaise with IRD for tax matters, and tax planning
• Communicate with and influence the managers and senior management within the group in all matters relating to finance and accounting
• Liaise with vendor for issues relating to accounting software
• Provide financial training for non-finance staff in accordance with their financial literacy requirement
• Training and development of finance staff
• Undertake performance appraisal of subordinates
• Supervise compliance with corporate governance code, insider trading code, code of conducts, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements set by authorities
• Any other tasks assigned by management

7 years of experiences, preferably with 3 years of post-qualified experiences

Education:

• Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or
• Bachelor degree in any discipline with post graduate level diploma in accounting, or
• Master degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or
• Fully qualified ACCA, CA or CPA

Other Qualification:

• Competence in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting software
• Pragmatic, initiative, independence, integrity, diligence and attentive to detail
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Possess organizational skills and time management abilities

Language Skill : Fluency in written and oral English and Myanmar.
