One of the Holding Companies based in Singapore & Yangon is venturing into a new business unit in Myanmar, creating opportunities for potential local Finance Managers. You will be utilizing your leadership skills to spear head and recruit your own finance department with this stand-alone position, reporting to the Group CFO. Qualities such as being resourceful, massive versatility and strong financial/technical expertise will allow you to implement your vision at this company.

Job Description

• collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
• controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
• developing and managing financial systems/models minimizing financial risk
• Developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations
• Supporting in formulating strategic and long-term business plans
• Liaising with auditors to ensure periodical monitoring is carried out
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities
• undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
• Producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines
• Liaising with managerial staff and other colleagues
• supervising staff

Requirements
• +5 years of related experiences in Financing, Accounting and Management
• Experiences working in startup environment preferred.
• Adapt with the changes and grow together with the company
• Any degree holder, MBA preferred.
• Good command of English & Burmese
• Good interpersonal Skills
• Good technical skills
