o Develop and maintain timely, regular and accurate financial statements and reports that are appropriate for the Managing Director and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.

o Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures

o Ensure that all statutory requirements of the organization are met including Income Tax and liaise with external authorities as necessary

o Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with the Board of Directors and the external auditors as necessary

o Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions

o Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy

o Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored safely.

o Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate

o Work together with respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.

o Determines proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions within designated limits

o Payroll preparation and administration

o Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget in consultation with the Managing Director.

o Age between 30 – 40

o Bachelor degree in Accounting, LCCI III, CPA / ACCA preferred

o At least 5 years experience with similar position
