Job Description

1. Site Supervision (Quality, Volume, Safety Environment)
2. Quality and safety control according to Client and local standards and regulation
3. Works organization and day to day coordination with Contractors
4. Commissioning and issuance of defects list
5. Control and follow up of the defects repair
6. Commissioning and hand-over procedures execution and control.
7. Reporting to Construction and Project Manager
8. Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree in Architect/Civil engineering
2. + 5 years’ experience on high-rise building most preferably on finishing stage
3. Team work, cooperation, collaboration, support in teamwork in order to complete works
4. Good level English speaking and writing
5. Perform work under pressure
