  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams. Resolve complex engineering problems that may arise during construction.
  • Allocate resources efficiently, including personnel, materials, and equipment. Ensure op􀆟mal use of resources to maximize project success.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship in all tailoring work, consistently delivering flawless results that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Conduct rigorous quality inspections at each stage of the tailoring process to ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage engineering teams. Ensure effective collaboration among team members and other departments.
  • Act as a primary technical point of contact for clients. Communicate project progress and address any concerns or queries.
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements in construction engineering. Implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Identify potential risks in construction projects and develop mitagation strategies.
  • Develop and manage the engineering budget. Monitor expenses to ensure financial targets are met.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or higher is open preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction engineering, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects.
  •  Professional engineering (PE) license may be required.
  •  Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
