Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Manage front desk duties such as welcoming visitors, accepting phone calls, referring inquiries, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges, etc.
• Arrangement of transportation for guest
• Arrangement of coffee and refreshment for guests
• Manage Office Supplies such as stationary items delivering and stock purchasing
• Supervise for Office Cleaning Service
• Report any maintenance and repair of Office equipment’s need and follow up on them so that they are handled on time
• Provide the general administrative and clerical support
• Handle the daily pretty cash payment and prepare the monthly pretty cash report
• Report and Record daily attendance
• Organizing and operating meeting room services
• Maintain a clean and safe meeting room and reception area

Job Requirements

• Highly skilled in Burmese and English official document typing processing
• Proficiency in Word processing software (PageMaker, M.S Word)
• Any graduate, 1year experience in related field
• Positive attitude and pleasant personality
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Good skills in Communication, Administrative and Multitasking
• Conversational English is required
• Good IT skills (Microsoft Office, email)
