  • Assist in requirements of the office-related activities.
  • Assist in produce reports, presentations
  • Assist for HR Function including the recruitment process & other tasks.
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling System.
  • Support renovation and maintenance work for the office and showrooms
  • Coordinate events, projects & meeting with internal & external parties.
  • Any other Ad-Hoc administrative Tasks & Projects Assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years HR or Office Administrative
  • Intermediate spoken and written English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Burmese World Processing, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Self-initiative and able to work INDEPENDENTLY
  • Excellent communication skill and willing to work under pressure
  • Proactive with good EQ, Responsible, Flexible mindset and multi-tasking with a positive working attitude
  • Can building the Long-term Relationship with Company
  • Age Between 25 to 30 (Female prefer)
  • Near Mayangone Township is more prefer.
