Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
• Prepare site expense summaries for geologists team
• Support Geologists in team related administrational tasks
• Assist in submitting claim and advance request forms to Finance
• Provide documents to finance team
• Update time sheet for personnel details
• Record daily attendance sheet
• Submit timely report as assigned
• Assist Geologists Team whenever necessary

• Any Bachelor’s degree
• Proven experience in a similar role for at least 2 years
• High level of English Proficiency
• Intermediate MS Office skills, E-mail, Internet
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to problem-solving and work without close supervision on routine tasks
