Fresco (Valleverde Co.ltd) is a leader company in European vegetables production and has the main production farm in Shan State. Fresco has implemented three modern greenhouses (Netherlands technology) for a total of 6000 square meters, two poly tunnels, to produce vegetable in a protected environment.
Fresco is looking for an Agronomist to manage, coordinate and supervise the greenhouses.
He/she will:
• Manage the greenhouses teams
• Manage the greenhouses productions according with the instructions received.
• Supervise Fresco contract farming production
• Coordinate Fresco’s contract farmers
• Organize supplies
• Others

Job Requirements

• University degree in agriculture.
• Good in spoken and written English.
• Effective verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization skills are necessary.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members is required.
• Conscientious, with an excellent sense of judgment.
• Computer literate and strong organizational skills.
