o Responsible for overseeing product development and finding new market opportunities

About the Company

The Role

Responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies as the company goals

● Able to manage financial results and gain target
● Conducting market research and investigate to create business plans on commercial opportunities
● To manage overall merchandising team for Non-Food, Dry Food and Fresh Food categories
● Able to know customers’ needs and make profitable sales recovery
● Directly report to Senior Commercial Director and MD

Job Requirements

● Minimum 10 Years of experiences in food industry with senior level and have knowledge and experience in merchandising prefer from Retails/Wholesales industry
● Bachelors’ degree is a must and preferable MBA
● Strong communication of English
● Able to manage and develop people with strong leadership and work autonomously
