• Project site တစ္ခုတြင္ လိုအပ္သည့္ သန္႔ရွင္းေရးဝန္ထမ္းအင္အားကို တြက္ခ်က္နိုင္ရမည္။
• Daily, Weekly , Monthly working schedule မ်ားဆြဲနိုင္ရမည္။
• Company ၏ SOPs အတိုင္း supervisor မ်ားလိုက္လံေဆာင္ရြက္နိုင္ေအာင္ သင္ၾကားျပသၾကပ္မတ္ေပးရမည္။
• Site အသီးသီးရိွ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၊ supervisor မ်ား company နွင့္ customer ၏ rules and regulations အတိုင္းတာဝန္ထမ္းေဆာင္ နိုင္ေစရန္ သင္ၾကားျပသၾကပ္မတ္ေပးရမည္။
• Customer ၊ ရံုးခ်ဳပ္နွင့္ မိမိ၏လက္ေအာက္ငယ္သားမ်ားအၾကား အဆင္ေျပေျပ နွင့္ အလုပ္ျပီးစီးေစရန္ ညိွနိႈင္းေပးနိုင္ရမည္။
• HR နွင့္ ပူးေပါင္း၍ site အသီးသီးရိွ supervisor မ်ား၊ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား လိုအပ္ေသာ disciplining, counseling , evaluation and appraisal, training မ်ားကို စီစဥ္ေပးရမည္။
• Site မ်ားမွ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား၏ performance quality ကို ရံုးခ်ဳပ္သို႔ တစ္ပါတ္တစ္ခါ report လုပ္ေပးရမည္။
• Be in charge of financial issues, HR issues to make sure the smooth operation.

Job Requirements

• Hotel မ်ား၊ Serviced apartment မ်ား၊ commercial cleaning companies (ျပည္တြင္း၊ ျပည္ပ) တြင္ Housekeeping management (အထူးသျဖင့္ public area) အေတြ႔အၾကံု အနည္းဆံုး ၂နွစ္ရိွရမည္။
• Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint နွင့္ Email ကၽြမ္းက်င္ရမည္။
• Teamwork ေကာင္းျပီး under pressure တြင္အလုပ္လုပ္နိုင္ရမည္။
• Fast growing industry တြင္လုပ္ကိုင္ရမည့္သူျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ excellent learning and adaptation skill ရိွရမည္။
• Customer အမိ်ဳးအမ်ိဳး၊ ဝန္ထမ္းအမိ်ဳးမိ်ဳးနွင့္ ဆက္သြယ္ရမည္ျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္ Interpersonal skill ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
• Excellent in English 4 skills
• Flexibility upon operation requirement
