Edify is currently looking for HR consultants to work on multiple clients’ accounts in the HR consulting space, this is a great opportunity to join an already existing team of HR experts and also to gain more experience in this industry, not to mention work with some of the biggest names in the country in terms of clientele.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist Edify core consulting team in the area of HR
• Analysis of clients existing HR policy’s & procedures
• Analysis of clients internal systems & company processes
• Discuss with clients internal staff to build a picture of the key constraints
• Discuss with the clients to find out the current vision & what is their end goal
• Draw up plans to re-design the company HR policy & procedures
• Help design and build the reformed documentation for the new HR policy
• Work as assistant to the Edify full time change management consultants
• Apply knowledge and experience to the ongoing projects and assist in all areas
• Build international standard HR documentation for Edify & its clients

• Educated to a degree level, MBA from a foreign university
• Expert knowledge in the Human Resource function
• Expert on Myanmar employment law
• Experience working in foreign countries
• Experience working in international companies in Myanmar
• Knowledge of consulting agencies culture
• Working for consulting companies preferable
• Experience with the big 4 would be advantageous
• Project consulting experience preferable
