နားလည္ေရးဆြဲႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Interior Design ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည္မ်ားကိုလည္း အေသးစိတ္နားလည္၍ ေရးဆဲြႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Project ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည့္ Technician မ်ား၊ Contractor မ်ား၊ Client မ်ားႏွင့္လည္း ညႇိႏႈိင္းေဆြးေႏြး
လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
- Detail Drawing မ်ားကိုလည္း ေရးဆြဲ စစ္ေဆးႏိုင္ရမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာ Project ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ Client ထံသို႔ Design Proposal မ်ားကိုလည္း Presentation
ျပဳလုပ္၍ တင္ျပႏိုင္ရမည္။
- မိမိ Project ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ Design ကိစၥမ်ားကိုလည္း တာ၀န္ယူေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရမည္။ Design Meeting
မ်ားကိုလည္း တက္ေရာက္ေဆြးေႏြးရမည္။
- Project ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ ျဖစ္ေပၚလာေသာ ျပႆနာမ်ားကို ေကာင္းစြာကိုင္တြယ္ေျဖရွင္းေပးႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Project ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ Materials ႏွင့္ Furniture ေရြးခ်ယ္မႈကို ႀကီးၾကပ္လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည္။
- Project ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ Contract, Agreement, Quotation မ်ားကို နားလည္ရမည္။
- သက္ဆိုင္ရာ Project ရွိေသာ ေနရာေဒသမေရြး သြားေရာက္ စစ္ေဆးရမည္။
- Quality Standard ျပည့္မီေစရန္ ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Project ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည့္ Design မ်ား အေသးစိတ္ ျပန္လည္ျပင္ဆင္ျခင္းႏွင့္ Project Death Line မ်ား
ေျပာင္းလဲသည့္အခါတြင္ ေကာင္းစြာစီမံႏိုင္ရမည္။
- Project မ်ားကို အပတ္စဥ္ မွတ္တမ္းတင္ၿပီး လိုအပ္ပါက Death Line အတိုင္း ေကာင္းစြာစီမံႏိုင္ရမည္။
- အလုပ္ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္သည္မ်ားကို Junior, Assistant မ်ားအား အခါအားေလ်ာ္စြာ Knowledge Sharing
ျပဳလုပ္ေပးရမည္။

Job Requirements

- Interior Design ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ေသာ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕အႀကံဳ အနည္းဆံုး (၃)ႏွစ္ရွိရမည္။
- B.Arch ဘြဲ႔ရရွိထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္။
- Presentation Skills, Monitoring Skills ေကာင္းမြန္ရမည္။
- Project ေပၚမူတည္၍ Design ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္ၿပီး Design Concept မ်ား ဖန္တီးႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိရမည္။
