Job Description
Ensure to translate the original processing materials into the manufacturing products.
Compiled info & report of department head for manage work schedule.
Accompany or guide the customers for translate purpose.
Accompany management on business travels and training schedule.
Works with management team to facilitate meetings, including preparation and coordination of agenda.
Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
Support other executives in a backup role as necessary.
Any other duties/tasks deemed necessary by the site management team

Job Requirement

Bachelor Degree or equivalent, optional certification.
Related experience in office environment.
Japanese 4 skills required, equivalent N2 or N3.
Computer literate, Email & Internet.
Flexibility to work.


Working Hour : 8:00 – 17:00 (Monday – Friday)
