 Update accounts payable, receivable and issue invoices.
 Handle the advance cash, petty Cash and issue cash for office expense.
 Check Cash Receipts and Payments vouchers before released
 Financial information by completing database backups.
 keeping information confidential.
 Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
 Running Banks transactions and reconcile with Banks Transactions at the month end (Monthly)
 Assist to Manager and colleagues and stand by for other ad-hoc assignments when require

Bachelor's Degree holder and LCCI Level (1, 2, 3) or diploma in Accounting, Finance.
Must have at least 1 year experienced in related field.
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office and Accounting software packages.
