Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Accepts sample from physical lab supervisor for chemical analysis.
- Checks completeness of instruction for lab test given by physical lab supervisor.
- Obtains reference number from register book.
- Makes chemical analysis in accordance with testing procedure.
- To keep day to day working record in the respective file.
- Ensure that all reports are dispatched after completion and signing.
- Submits analysis report to physical lab supervisor.
- Identifies analysis sample with a green tag after test and stores for three months after analysis date.
- Checks condition of samples during storage.
- Prepare the list of samples to dispose and report to Lab In charge/ senior lab technician at the end of the month.
- Collect the data for Monthly Revenue/Performance record and Expense record at the end of the month
- Maintain Chemical Lab Performance Record file.
- Prepare chemical and equipment stock and maintain a record.
- Make self-calibration / verification of equipment as per instruction of senior lab technician.
- Update the calibration status labels.
- To keep all apparatus in a manner that is ready for instant use and supervises all cleaning activities of the laboratory.

Job Requirements

• B.Sc (IC or Chemistry), M.Sc (IC or Chemistry) .
• 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Fluent in English and Myanmar 4 skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communications skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and remain flexible
