Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

1. The Logistic Executive will be handling end to end Logistics Process, Custom Clearance & Import Documentations etc.
2. He /She will be responsible for effective co-ordination
3. Co-ordinate with Government Authorities for processes and ensure for the
4. Responsible for verifying dates of shipment & inspection
5. Prepare authorization to clearing agents and customs authorities to clear shipments
6. Prepare undertaking documents / Shipping guarantees to customs authorities in case of documents shortage or delay and follow up with the clearing agents to close it
7. Monitor and prepare reports to evaluate the performance of clearing agents and report it to Logistics manager.

Should have good communication skills
Knowledge of laws, ordinances, rules, regulations, and other requirements governing the purchase & clearance of commodities •
Strong follow up skills with all parties involved
