What you will do;
- Receive all packages from sellers, partners and ensure both quantity matches with system
- Trace, track and expedite all deliveries
- Ensure accuracy of all inventories
- Maintain communication with Partners and Franchisees to ensure proper working order
- Review bills, invoices and purchase orders
- Ensure all payments to partners and franchisee are processed in time
- Assist customers with inquiries
- Organize files both manually and electronically
- Coordinate deliveries for repaired or returned items
- Ensure that all items are properly numbered and tagged
- Reconcile hand receipts
