Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Receive all goods from vendor/transportation contractor and check the
completeness of Delivery Order (DO) and Supporting Documents (SD), SD
consists of Copy of Purchase Order (PO), Bill of Lading (imported goods),
Proforma Invoice (imported goods), Packing Slip and other related
documents.
• Quarantine or in Temporary storage the goods if the SD, DO and PO do not
match with the goods received and notify vendor to clarify or complete the
documents.
• Check the goods quantity, specification and conditions of goods (together with
user).
• Prepare Material Receiving Voucher (MRV) and ask user to sign the MRV.
• Update Stock Status Report based on the approved MRV.
• Prepare inventory to be delivered and contact Internal Logistic for shipment.
• Update Stock as required and maintain good inventory book keeping.
• Copy the DO, update Stock Card and distribute the documents and temporary
store the goods.
• Maintain schedule for material transfer from Warehouse to Company Sites
and vice versa.
• Prepare the material that will be delivered to Company Sites.
• Prepare Inventory Tag, update Stock Card, and update Inventory Summary
Sheet (ISS) for good inventory.
• Check the quantity and condition of the received material compare the
inventory.
• Notify for shortages and/or overages and/or defective material.
• Store inventory in storage by alphabetical/numerical order.
• Together with Field Material Officer, receive the fuel, DO/Bill of Lading, and
other documents.

• Record each transfer of Fuel from delivering tank to company Storage tanks
as displayed on the flow meter, and summarize all transfer into Fuel Receiving
Report (FRR).
• Prepare necessary documents for fuel transfer to main storage in company
site storage tanks, in & out.
• Flexible to travel & stay at Company Camp sites when required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. Supply Chain or
Logistics), OR equivalent knowledge, skills, ability and experience.
• Extensive knowledge of MSDS.
• Experience in warehousing, inventory and safe storage.
• 5+ years broad experience in Oil & Gas Materials & Equipment inventory handling
with 3+ years’ experience in the Oil & Gas industry in a similar role.
• Proficient in English language oral and written communications.
• Competent in the use of MS Office Applications.
• Experience in computerised Materials Management systems highly desirable.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
