- Merchandising လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအား စီစဥ္ ညႊန္ၾကားႏုိင္ရမည္၊ Plan ခ်ေပးနိုင္ရမည္။
- PP Board မ်ား၊ Vinyl မ်ား စသည္ျဖင့္ Merchandising လုပ္ငန္းႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္သည့္ ပစၥည္းမ်ားျဖင့္ ေၾကာ္ျငာLocation မ်ားေရြးခ်ယ္၍ စီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
- ေၾကာ္ျငာပစၥည္းမ်ားအတြက္ စည္ပင္အဖြဲ႔အစည္း၊ ဆုိင္ရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ညွိႏႈိင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
- Team leader မ်ားႏွင့္ Team Member မ်ားအား စီစဥ္ ညႊန္ၾကားေဆာင္ရြက္နုိင္ရမည္။
- Duty Assign မ်ား၊ Way လမ္းေၾကာင္းမ်ားစီစဥ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
- လက္ေအာက္ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအား Organising, coordination လုပ္ေဆာင္ႏုိင္ရမည္။
- Management ၏ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားအား အေကာင္အထည္ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ရြက္ျပီး Report feedback ေပးႏုိင္ရမည္။
- လုပ္ငန္းလုိအပ္ခ်က္အရခရီးသြားႏုိင္ရမည္။

- Merchandising Manager Level ၌ လုပ္ငန္းအေတြ႕ အၾကံဳ သံုးႏွစ္ ႏွင့္ အထက္ရွိရမည္။

- PP Board မ်ား၊ Vinyl မ်ား ရုိက္ရန္ အတြက္ Plan ခ်၍ ဦးစီးေဆာင္ရြက္ႏုိင္ရမည္။

- ေၾကာ္ျငာဘုတ္မ်ား အတြက္ စည္ပင္ အဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ား ဆိုင္ရွင္မ်ားႏွင့္ ေတြ႕ဆံု ညႇိႏႈိင္းေဆာင္ရြက္နုိင္ရမည္။
