Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Responsible for Chinese manpower CV collection from HQ
Ensure to make manpower hiring PO settlement process and procedure go on smoothly and meet with deadlines.
Responsible to check compliance inspection and blacklist scan for manpower.
Responsible for manpower hiring record and routine date report.
Manage manpower hiring process (especially in onboarding and exit document process).
Able to do other tasks assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

Must hold a bachelor degree in business administration or other relevant degrees.
At least 2 years of working experience as a document controller in telecom field.
Familiar with telecom industry and good experience of subcontractor management.
Working experience on record keeping, document management and training.
Proficient in MS Suite especially in excel and power point.
Open-minded and willingness to learn new things
Good at Myanmar, English and Chinese Languages in terms of speaking, writing, reading and listening.
