A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

- Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, expenses claims for MD’s and VIP visitors.
- Managing MD’s calendar, book time for strategic planning.
- Arranging meetings and managing meeting rooms.
- Prepare meeting minutes.
- Apply e-signature on purchase orders, legal documents, etc. and keep record.
- Arrange expat visa applications, renewal processes, claims, etc.
- Translating documents, and meetings where required.
- Assist with interviews at management level.
- Issue invitation letters to overseas visitors.
- Prepare weekly flash reports (sales).
- Must be able to travel (branch visits).

Job Requirements

- Any graduated and more prefer Diploma in BMA
- At least more than 2 years experience in related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- English(4) skill must have intermediate level
