- Arrange air tickets, hotel bookings, expenses claims for MD’s and VIP visitors.- Managing MD’s calendar, book time for strategic planning.- Arranging meetings and managing meeting rooms.- Prepare meeting minutes.- Apply e-signature on purchase orders, legal documents, etc. and keep record.- Arrange expat visa applications, renewal processes, claims, etc.- Translating documents, and meetings where required.- Assist with interviews at management level.- Issue invitation letters to overseas visitors.- Prepare weekly flash reports (sales).- Must be able to travel (branch visits).
- Any graduated and more prefer Diploma in BMA- At least more than 2 years experience in related field- Good interpersonal and communication skills- English(4) skill must have intermediate level
