Key Areas of Responsibilities:
Procurement
• Supervision of Admin/Procurement department in general
• Provide reports to management on regular basis on the activities managed and cost cutting initiatives.
• Procurement of department wise requirement material/equipment and other supplies
• Preparation of purchase proposals, Purchase requests and purchase orders for procurement purpose.
• Maximize the best value for money for Country wide procurement activities and in line with the Company policies and procedures.
• Signing of Purchase requests and Purchase orders
• Establish the SLAs for all service providers and suppliers and monitor its compliance.
• Clearance of vendor invoices.
• Management (including negotiation) of contracts with vendors
• Ensure strict compliance with Outsourcing guidelines and Company policies
• Cost savings where ever possible by negotiating and identifying proper vendors.


Administration

• Liasoning with Government and other offices for Company requirements.
• Work with other Departments to prepare and roll out plans any existing/new processes/products for Branch Offices and execute the same.
• Monitor, supervise and ensure safety measures are incorporated into all business office’s.
• Co-ordination and management of all administrative issues like hygiene, stationeries, & welfare.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date, effective security measures to protect the Company properties and staff.
• Monitoring of various activities and contracts (Service / Maintenance)
• Supervise all maintenance activities and maintain a regular schedule of maintenance for the Company properties like Building, Cars, Generators, furniture etc.
• Maintain clean surroundings on daily bases throughout the day
• Ensure adequate records of fleet management/movement and put in place policies/structures to guard against abuse.
• Deliver all admin services in the most efficient manner to facilitate the functions of other departments
• Manage the Drivers assigned to various departments.
• Ensure administration staffs are trained on best practices in their roles
• Management of fuel consumption (generator /office cars)
• Maintenance and procurement of office cars
• Other duties as assigned by Management

Job Requirements

• Hold a Graduation Diploma / Degree.
• At least 3 years’ working experience in administration with proven knowledge on procurement procedures and processes
• Experience in managing contracts with various vendors and ensuring the SLA is adhered too
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication skills-Burmese and English (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet project deadlines
