• Strategist to find cost-effective deals and suppliers for all requirements for project and Tender Process.
• Analyze price and get the best deals possible.
• Getting goods and services for the best price, payment term and value.
• Negotiating with external supplier to secure advantageous terms.
• Discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses.
• Manage and evaluate the many pros and corns of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors.
• Manage the materials delivery process to be in time.
• Workings with suppliers and internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers.
• Check and report materials and Machinery update monthly price comparison.
• Check and manage of the Job and Payment procedure.
• Prepare and Manage new project survey and monthly purchase report to CEO.
• Contract management and negotiation.
• Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business.
• Coaching and counseling to local team members.
• Dealing with international suppliers.
• Manage and monitoring for all materials and assets maintains and issue processes at project.
• Forecasting and manage the stock balance and demand for relevant department.
• Initiative and develop store policy and practice as is require.
• Responsibility for choosing the appropriateness place for ware house in site.
• Accountability for receiving, issue and storage processes is to be systemically.
• Effectively manage for movement of materials and assets.
• Provide and manage that reliable data and evident. (Such as received voucher, issue voucher, report, store inventory and among other)
• Maintain the document and recorded by correspondence.
• Prepare the monthly and weekly store report and reporting to management in time.
• Responsibility that materials, assets requirement order to purchase department within on schedule.
• Coordination work with regional managers for cost-effectiveness, to be in time, materials supporting.
• Develop the form and format for store department.
• Manage the production for raw materials according to demand as is require.
• The store manager must ensure that sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock”.

• Any Graduate, advanced Related Diploma is beneficial.
• More than (7) years of experiences in construction procurement field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
