- Mainly in charge of management of administration duties for construction project
- Make documents for meeting and process invoice
- Supportive and daily cash book transaction, checking transferred money
- Accounts payable and receivable control and scheduling
- Organize every materials and filing documents and manage those
- Purchasing office supplies, stationary and inventories
- Receiving phone calls, welcoming guests and meeting arrangement
- Make regularly report about progress of projects
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements

Must have over 2 years experience as Admin Manager at Construction Company
Must be Upper Conversational Level in the English language.
Prefer to have working experience in Japanese Construction Company
