Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

1. Responsible for the control of company management system documents (Manual, Procedures and Forms)

2. Conducts Internal Audit to the company and major subcontractors to ensure compliance to the company management system

3. Conducts surveillance quality inspections at Project sites

4.Issues QS inspection reports, Non-conformance Report to highlight observations and defects and follow up necessary action from Suppliers & Subcontractors

5. Reviews non-conformances for corrective action to prevent recurrence

6.Assists tendering team in the preparation of necessary QAQC documents during tendering stage

7.Prepared monthly KPI to monitor HSEQ objectives and targets

8. Attends to company Management Review meetings

9. Monitors the effectiveness of the ISO system implementation

10. Ensure that the established procedures of the Department and the Company are implemented and maintained and to evaluate where continual improvement can be made

11. Ensures that Objectives and Targets set for the project, in compliance to the HSEQ policies are adequately monitored and analyzed.

12. Produce/ manage preparation of Method statements and ITP in line with technical specifications and testing requirements
